We meet once a fortnight on Friday at different venues for lunches and bus trips around Sale and district. For out of town venues we meet at St Paul's, where we either go in private cars or we provide a bus. For those who don't have any transportation we can provide a lift. A program is done up for everyone to follow with phone numbers of those in charge. This program is for all ages, especially those who have retired and would like to meet others. Christian Meditation is a spiritual wisdom and a practice leading from the mind to the heart.
It is a way of simplicity, silence, stillness and openness to God. It can be practised by anyone, wherever you are on your life’s journey. It is only necessary to begin – and to keep on beginning.
This practice is in the tradition of the World Community for Christian Meditation http://www.wccm.org/
